By when should I make a reservation?

It depends on which airports you pick-up and company.

Global WIFI

1. Haneda Airport and Kansai Airport 6am of the day before pick up
2. Chubu Airport and Fukuoka Airport 3pm of the 2 days before pick up
3. Others by shipping(Hotel,Office,etc)3pm of the 3 days before pick up

Telecom Square

1. Narita Airport and Haneda Airport 3pm of the day before pick up
2. Kansai,Chubu, Takamatsu, Fukuoka and New Chitose Airport 3pm of the 2 days before pick up
3. Expect airports(Hotel, Office etc.) 3pm of the 2 days before pick up

※We recommend that you have to reserve WiFi device early. Some cases, you might not be able to make any reservation just a before a deadline. When you fix the date for visiting Japan, you had better to reserve WIFI router!
