Q. When is the deadline for orders?

If you want to pick up the Pocket WiFi at the airport, the application deadline of the previous day may differ, depending on the airport.

● Narita International Airport application deadline: by 17:00, one day prior to pick up (weekends & public holidays, by 16:00)
● Chubu International Airport application deadline: by 14:00, one day prior to pick up
● Kansai International Airport application deadline: by 14:00, 3 days prior to pick up
● Haneda Airport application deadline : by17：00,2days prior to pick up.(weekends & public holidays, by 16:00)

NOTE: Regarding Chubu International Airport, if you would like to pick up the device on Monday from 9:00 to 12:00, the final application deadline will be by 14:00, on Thursday of the previous week.

Q. I would like to use it tommorow.

You may start your service on next day for reservations made before 17:00 on weekdays and 16:00 on weekends and holidays.

※For picking-ups in Hokkaido and Kyushu, a one-day transportation time is required. The service will start two days after we receive your application.
※We don't ship WiFi router to Okinawa.

Q. What are the payment options?

Your registered credit card will be charged once we have sent the items. If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact us via e-mail.

Q. How do I return the Pocket WiFi router?

After usage, please put the complete WiFi router set (device, battery charger) in the enclosed return envelope and mail via Japan postal service. Please mail the package on or before the final date of useage.
